Real adventures deserve real food

Ægir Organics started with a simple realization: If you spend long days outside, most of the food made for "fuel" doesn't really cut it. Too many rides, backcountry tours and surf sessions were held together with subpar gels and bars. So we decided to make something better: Real food that actually tastes good, actually works, and doesn't feel like a trade off.

Ingredients are what they are. We don't use fillers to stretch them, cut corners or rely on marketing promises. It's just honest food that does its job, whether you're deep in the backcountry, halfway through a long ride, or on one of those "quick trips" that somehow turns into an all day ordeal.

Why Ægir

Ægir (pronounced A as in “apple", gear as in, well, “gear”) comes from Norse mythology. Ægir was the spirit of the sea and creator of the snow and waves. Story goes that if you treat the ocean with care you’d earn safe passage or a full catch.

For us, it means respect nature and it’ll reward you, whether that’s untouched powder, clean waves, or that secret swimming hole you'd rather keep off the map.
